Seminar Topics:
The seminar focus mainly on the approximation of the electronic Schrödinger equation as a particular high dimensional problem, and recent result in high dimensional applications. Particular topics are:
- Coupled Cluster Methods,
- Tensor Product Approximation,
- Multi Configurational Methods,
- Sparse Grid Approxiamtion and
- Quantum Monte Carlo Methods.

The seminar will take place at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel (Ludewig-Meyn-Str. 2, Seminarraum UE2). The first lecture will be given on Thursday, 29th of June, 2006, at 14 h. The seminar ends on Saturday, 1st of July, 2006.
