A fixed point equation for distributions

We give a complete description of the solutions to the fixed point equation $$W\stackrel{d}{=}\sum_{j=1}^\infty T_jW_j,$$ where $T_j$ are real numbers and the $W,W_1,W_2,\ldots$ are independent, identically distributed random variables.
